All SALES ARE FINAL at UpTownRetros.com unless there was an error made on our
part. Errors being the wrong shoe, size, etc. was sent. Plese review the Acceptable Reasons for Exchanges listed below. We do not accept returns
on any items that have been worn or if the tags have been removed. Please be aware that we do not cover shipping charges on an item that is sent back to us and $10 shipping fees per item is not refundable. Customers must contact us within 7 days to request an Exchange and must also email a
digital photo to us to show us what was wrong with the item. If a photo is not included the issue will not be looked into. All photos must
be provided within 7 days of receipt of package. No packages will be accepted without prior approval.
UNACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND: UpTownRetros.com DOES NOT accept refund/exchanges for the following reasons: Slight difference in color. (Lighting of the picture may make the item appear a different shade of color) Item does not fit even if you recieved the correct size Customer does not want or like the shoe or apparel Package is returned back to our supplier because customer did not pick up/sign for the item on time Customer would just like to get a different item ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND: UpTownRetros.com DOES exchanges or refund for the following reasons: Customer receives the completely wrong item/style/color Customer receives a different size than ordered Item is out of stock **Shipping fees is non refundable** Changes/Cancellations If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to sales@uptownretros.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy. SHIPPING Shoes, such as Nike Air Yeezy and Jordan Women Heels, will be delivered via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please allow approximately 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri) to receive your merchandise. All packages must be signed for. If no one is home, your local post office will hold your package for only a few days. If you DO NOT claim your package in a timely matter, your package will be returned to sender. In the case that your package is returned back to the sender UpTownRetros.com will not be held responsible for packages not claimed and returned back to us. Another purchase must be made for you to receive the item you ordered. We provide Tracking/Confirmation numbers for that reason. You are responsible for claiming your package from your local post office,if no one is home to sign for the package. In some very rare cases there may be a tax or duty added to your purchase upon the delivery of your purchase. This tax is not added on by us but rather your local government. We do not know how much your government will charge you (although it should be minimal). In other very rare cases your package may be seized by customs when entering into your country. Unlike most sites which will not resend you another pair, WE WILL resend your package at no extra charge. We have no control over your countries customs department so it is out of our hands if they do seize the package however we will send you a new item. This may slow down the delivery process. Remember, these are both very rare incidents that may occur with a likely hood of less then 1%. |
Uptownretros has no affiliation with any other brand for sale on our site. All items are Factory Variants and custom altered. These are items that are made in unreleased and unique colors, and are not sold anywhere else and have never been released. All shoes are made with very high quality standards. All items are not represented as originals since they are customized.
